Why smart irrigation

Stop depending on rain and guesswork

A well-designed irrigation system delivers water where your crop needs it, when it needs it, so you can farm with more control and less stress.

Save water and energy

Drip delivery puts water at the root zone, so less is lost to runoff and evaporation than with open watering.

Even watering, healthier crops

Every plant on the line gets a consistent supply, which supports uniform growth and steadier harvests.

Less labour, more time

Valves and controllers replace manual watering rounds, freeing your team for work that grows the business.

Farm through the dry season

With a reliable water source and a proper system, dry spells and the harmattan become easier to manage.

Built for your terrain

We design around slope, soil and your water source, so the layout fits your land instead of forcing a template.

Ready to grow with you

Start simple and add automation or fertigation later, because the system is planned to be extended.

Maintenance & Support

Routine servicing, repairs, upgrades and extensions so your system keeps performing season after season.

Greenhouse farming

Grow with more control using a greenhouse built for Nigeria

We plan, supply and install greenhouses designed for the heat, humidity, harmattan winds and heavy rains of Nigeria, with drip irrigation planned in from day one.

Entry level

Tunnel Greenhouse

Semi-circular tunnel frame with a UV-stabilised polyethylene cover. A cost-effective, quick-to-install start for peppers, lettuce, herbs and nurseries.

Insect protection

Screenhouse / Nethouse

Insect-proof screen net structure for seedling nurseries, leafy vegetables and protected cultivation where full temperature control is not required.

Commercial scale

Multi-span Commercial Greenhouse

Galvanised steel structure with ventilation, built for larger commercial vegetable production and designed to work with fertigation and automation.

Grow through the seasons

Protection from heavy rain and harsh sun can help you plan production around the market instead of the weather.

Fewer pest and disease problems

An enclosed or screened growing space can reduce insect and disease pressure and your spending on crop protection.

Water-efficient by design

Drip irrigation inside the structure puts water and nutrients at the root zone and cuts waste.

Right type for your crop and budget

We recommend the structure after a free site assessment, so you do not overspend or under-build.

Common questions

Irrigation questions we hear from farmers

How much does a drip irrigation system cost in Nigeria?

The cost depends on the size of your land, the crop and spacing, your water source, pump and tank needs, the terrain and how much automation you want. Because every farm is different, we give you a clear quote after a free site assessment instead of a one-size price.

What happens during the free site assessment?

An Irrigrow engineer visits your site, looks at the terrain and slope, soil, water source and available flow, and discusses your crops and budget. You then receive recommendations and a preliminary design for your system.

Which crops can use drip irrigation?

Drip irrigation suits vegetables such as tomato and pepper, plantain and banana, many tree crops, nurseries and greenhouses. We design the layout around your crop, spacing and soil.

Can drip irrigation work on sloped land or with a borehole or well?

Yes. We plan the pressure, pipe sizes and emitters around your slope, and we can design around a borehole, a well, an elevated tank or a pump, depending on what your site has.

What types of greenhouses do you install?

We plan and install tunnel greenhouses, insect-proof screenhouses (nethouses) and multi-span commercial greenhouses. The right type depends on your crop, budget, scale and how much climate control you need, and we advise you after a site assessment.

How much does a greenhouse cost in Nigeria?

Price depends on the type of structure, total area, covering material, ventilation and whether drip irrigation is included. A screenhouse costs far less than a commercial multi-span greenhouse. We prepare a custom quote after a free site assessment so you only pay for what your farm needs.

Can a greenhouse include drip irrigation?

Yes, and we recommend it. Drip irrigation inside a greenhouse delivers water and nutrients to each plant and helps you use water efficiently. We design the greenhouse and the irrigation together as one system.

Do you handle civil works as well as irrigation?

Yes. Irrigrow is a civil and engineering company, so we can handle tank stands, trenching, pipe-laying, drainage and related works together with the irrigation system, with one accountable team.

Where do you work?
